Welcome to the website operated by Dryer Vent Squad International, LLC and its independently owned and operated franchise locations (collectively, "DryerVentSquad," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at dryerventsquad.com and all related subdomains, web pages, features, and services (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

DryerVentSquad is a franchisor of professional dryer vent cleaning, installation, repair, rerouting, and related home safety services. The Site provides information about our services, allows you to request free inspections and service quotes, browse service areas, and inquire about franchise opportunities.

Important: Each DryerVentSquad franchise location is independently owned and operated. Services, pricing, availability, warranties, and promotions may vary by location. Dryer Vent Squad International, LLC (the franchisor) does not directly perform dryer vent cleaning, installation, or repair services — these are performed by independent franchise owners.

3. Service Requests & Lead Submissions

When you submit a service request, booking inquiry, or contact form through the Site, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Your contact information (name, email, phone number, ZIP code) will be shared with the DryerVentSquad franchise location nearest to your area so they can follow up on your request
• A franchise representative may contact you by phone, email, or SMS text message to discuss your project and schedule your service
• Submitting a form does not create a binding contract for services — it is a request for information only

4. SMS/Mobile Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and submitting a service request or inquiry form, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from DryerVentSquad and/or your local DryerVentSquad franchise location related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, and promotional offers.

SMS Opt-In Data and Third-Party Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and promotional text messages from DryerVentSquad. This may include appointment reminders, account alerts, and marketing offers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@dryerventsquad.com.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still request service without consenting to SMS by contacting a franchise location directly.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, photographs, videos, software, design elements, page layout, and overall "look and feel" — is owned by or licensed to Dryer Vent Squad International, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The DryerVentSquad name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of Dryer Vent Squad International, LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or display any of our trademarks without our prior written consent.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any Site content
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our express written permission
• Use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar automated data collection methods
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Frame, mirror, or create derivative works from the Site

Each DryerVentSquad franchise location is independently owned and operated. Dryer Vent Squad International, LLC does not control the day-to-day operations of any franchise. Representations, warranties, or guarantees made by individual franchise locations are made solely by that franchise and not by Dryer Vent Squad International, LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DRYER VENT SQUAD INTERNATIONAL, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, FRANCHISEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or connected to the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your information

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dryer Vent Squad International, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, franchisees, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
• Any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at legal@dryerventsquad.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

11.3 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and DryerVentSquad agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
